Distilled Bitumen: which is produced from distillation of crude oil, and it is called “Distilled Bitumen”. Distilled bitumen is produced through two phases of distillation of crude oil in the distillation tower. In the first state, light substances like petrol and propane are separated from crude oil in a pressure of approx. 1 atmosphere. In the second stage, heavy compounds like kerosene and gas-oil are taken out in a pressure close to vacuum. The final residue includes finally very tiny solid particles called asphaltene that are floating in a greasy fluid called “Molten”.
